Spring Programs
Tween Yoga
A fun, supportive class specially designed for the preteen. Through music, games and teamwork, kids practice traditional yoga postures, breath and relaxation techniques that build confidence, strength, balance and flexibility as well as help regulate emotions, foster focus and cultivate tranquility.
For ages 9 – 12. Class meets on Wednesdays from 7:15pm – 8pm.


Kids Yoga
A playful class designed for the school aged child. Through music, games and stories children will learn traditional yoga postures, breath and relaxation techniques that build confidence, strength, balance, flexibility, focus and tranquility.
For ages 5 – 8. Class meets on Wednesdays from 6:15pm – 7pm.
Preschool Playtime
A preschool enrichment program that includes a variety of themes and activities to promote social skills, motor development, fitness and FUN! Activities will include crafts, sensory games, music, dance and movement, yoga and stories. Class is 2 times per week (Monday and Wednesday) 1 hour each day.
For ages 3 – 5. Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am – 10:30am.
